"Let me just say that I had Progressive Ins for 15 years. The rates were already going sky high so I tried my hand at having an actual person instead of an automated insurance representative. I walked into the State Farm office and I was greeted by representative Nora Ramon. Her customer service was outstanding! I went in just asking for a quote and I ended up with auto and residential fire coverage. I am now saving nearly $300 for my policy and even received more coverage than what I was originally paying for at Progressive. If you are thinking about changing companies, please drop by Herbig State Farm for a quote. I know it was the right choice for me."
